As a Gen X mother, watching my own daughters,   and so many other Gen Z women step confidently into the workplace, I found myself reflecting on the path that brought us here. Like many of you, I’ve faced the challenge of building a career while raising a family, and I’ve come to believe that women no longer have to choose between the two. We are now designing lives that allow us to thrive in both.
